We offer a range of certificates and diplomas to start you on the journey and then develop your skills further.
Below is a brief description of each qualification:
- Certificate II in Retail Operations: introduces you to the retail environment. It contains self-paced, on- and off-the-job training to get you started in retail.
- Certificate III in Retail Operations: develops your skills so you can move into a management or supervisory role. Contains on- and off-the-job training.
- Certificate IV in Retail Management: enhances management skills developed in Certificate III. It prepares you to move into a management role. A 24-month course, it contains self-paced learning and off-the-job training.
- Certificate IV in Transport & Distribution: prepares you to move into distribution centre management positions. It's a 12-month course.
- Diploma of Retail Management: a nationally accredited 2-year program that prepares you to manage and run one of our stores.
- Diploma of Buying & Marketing: a nationally accredited 2-year course that prepares people in our buying team to manage product purchasing.
