It was created to give our employees good work opportunities and help them move easily from university into full-time employment.

It's a 2-year program that helps employees get the most out of their skills and experience.

It's all about keeping our employees who are working for us as casuals, while studying for a tertiary qualification, and giving them the chance to develop their careers with us.
