How has your career at Dick Smith Electronic evolved?
I joined Dick Smith Electronics 4 years ago, overseeing the DSE and Tandy operations and towards the end of 2005 PowerHouse operations was added to my portfolio. During this time the size of the business has grown quickly in terms of sales and numbers of stores, which has also enabled me the opportunity to add the Property portfolio to my role as well as create new portfolios such as Loss Prevention.

Has there been a particular highlight of your career so far?
A highlight of my time at Dick Smith Electronics was the passing of the Billion dollar sales mark. The entire Team have worked hard to achieve this milestone and when it happened it created a great feeling of energy in the business.

What makes Dick Smith Electronics a great place to work?
The personal satisfaction of developing our people and seeing their careers progress alongside the business growth and opportunities. Also being part of a larger organisation allows you to get on and build a business knowing that you have financial and operational support when it's needed. The DSE Team are a fantastic group of people who work tirelessly to produce the business outcome and to help each other.

How do you spend your time outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and I love to cook. I also enjoy walking and swimming to keep fit and active.
