On commencement with us, all new employees are provided with a full company induction. When you start your Woolworths career, your manager will set you up for success by guiding you through day to day responsibilities and assisting you with learning company policies, procedures and processes, as well as offering you helpful advice until you settle into your new role.

Our Woolworths training programs support our commitment to serving our customers and ensuring safety in the workplace while aiming to make our employees more knowledgeable, effective and successful in their roles.  As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Woolworths Limited offers employees the chance to gain nationally-recognised qualifications from Certificate III to Certificate IV.
